Features:
Before use:
1. It is necessary to cover the new tin on the iron head to remove the oxide layer, and can not rub or grind the iron head with a knife, because this is an electroplating layer that is easy to wear.

To use:
1. Before closing the welding table, do not remove excess soldering tin from the iron head. These excess tin will protect the tin surface under the condition of the iron head back to heat, to prevent oxidation.
2. Avoid using anti-bite solder (screw head), otherwise it will affect the function of the iron. If the bite occurs, try to remove the iron head when the residual heat of the iron occurs.
3. To prevent biting, cut off the soldering iron head from the handle.
4. It is recommended to add distilled water to the cleaning sponge, as most tap water contains minerals that will corrod the soldering tip.

After use:
1. When welding, try to choose neutral active flux, clean the soldering iron with welding sponge, and add water, do not use cloth to wipe.
2. Keep working surface tinned at all times, wipe only before use, and apply tinning immediately after use.
3. When the welding temperature is higher than 350 degrees and the work is suspended for no more than 1 hour, the soldering iron head should be covered with tin normally.
